Policies (Please Read Before Booking) Retainer A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your total balance. Retainers are non-transferable. Travel I am a mobile makeup artist and hairstylist. Travel fees apply based on mileage and location. Parking fees, if applicable, will be added to the final total. DISTANCE RATES • 0–10 miles → $25 • 11–20 miles → $35 • 21–30 miles → $45 • 31–40 miles → $60+ • 40+ miles → Custom Quote Required Early Bird Appointments Appointments scheduled before 5:00 AM are considered early bird appointments and include a $100 fee due to extended hours and scheduling priority. Client Preparation Please arrive with inspiration photos ready to ensure we achieve your desired look. Hair should be clean & dry before service or a $30 fee will be added. Hair Extensions & Density Add-On Fees * Hair Extension Application: An additional $65 fee applies for every 100 grams of hair extensions added to the hairstyle. * Extra Hair Density: An additional $50 fee applies for clients with extra-thick or high-density hair that requires additional time, product, or styling work. Please disclose any hair extensions or concerns regarding hair density when booking so the appropriate service fees and timing can be discussed in advance. Please note: Hair extensions are not provided by the artist unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Payment All remaining balances are due in full the day before your scheduled event. This policy allows me to have all services, timing, travel, and logistics confirmed and finalized in advance so that your event day can run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. It also allows me to focus completely on providing you with an elevated, stress-free beauty experience rather than handling outstanding payments during your appointment. Tips are always appreciated and may be given on the day of your event. Content Before and after photos/videos may be taken and used for portfolio and social media unless requested otherwise in advance. ⸻ Client Agreement The client agrees to communicate any concerns directly with the artist prior to posting public reviews or feedback on social media platforms. This allows the artist the opportunity to address and resolve any issues, including reasonable adjustments if needed. Makeup is a cosmetic product that sits on the skin. Results may vary based on skin type, skincare routine, and lifestyle. Once the service is completed and approved by the client, any changes made afterward are no longer the responsibility of the artist. Any alteration or correction requests after completion will be charged at a full-service rate.
