Policies (Please Read Before Booking) Retainer A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your total balance. Retainers are non-transferable. Travel I am a mobile makeup artist and hairstylist. Travel fees apply based on mileage and location. Parking fees, if applicable, will be added to the final total. DISTANCE RATES • 0–10 miles → $25 • 11–20 miles → $35 • 21–30 miles → $45 • 31–40 miles → $60+ • 40+ miles → Custom Quote Required Early Bird Appointments Appointments scheduled before 5:00 AM are considered early bird appointments and include a $100 fee due to extended hours and scheduling priority. Client Preparation Please arrive with inspiration photos ready to ensure we achieve your desired look. Hair should be clean & dry before service or a $30 fee will be added. Payment Remaining balances are due the day of the appointment. Tips are appreciated. Content Before and after photos/videos may be taken and used for portfolio and social media unless requested otherwise in advance. ⸻ Client Agreement The client agrees to communicate any concerns directly with the artist prior to posting public reviews or feedback on social media platforms. This allows the artist the opportunity to address and resolve any issues, including reasonable adjustments if needed. Makeup is a cosmetic product that sits on the skin. Results may vary based on skin type, skincare routine, and lifestyle. Once the service is completed and approved by the client, any changes made afterward are no longer the responsibility of the artist. Any alteration or correction requests after completion will be charged at a full-service rate.
